Product Manager Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation
• Define and refine brand identity
• Lead product development
• Direct analytical data gathering and marketing/consumer test strategies
• Attend conferences, meetings, and conventions to stay current on market trends and new research
• Create and adhere to budgets
• Manage team and meet business goals/quarterly rocks
• Ensuring adherence to key performance metrics to meet business and customer expectations

Product Manager Job Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing people and teams
• Self-motivated
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Curiosity, innovative thinking, and creativity
• Ability to identify weak spots in a process to improve efficiency

• Experience with Google Suite, Trello, QuickBooks

Product Manager Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred
• 5+ years of extensive experience in product development and brand management
• Proven dynamic leadership and project management skills
• Strategic, innovative, and creative personality with strong business acumen
• A passion for working in and managing a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Compensation

$80,000–$140,000 total compensation which includes equity and quarterly bonus potential.
