Senior Product UX Designer
Build the Future of Healthy Technology

We’re looking for a Senior Product UX Designer who can transform complex product challenges into simple, intuitive experiences that help people build a healthier relationship with technology. You will own the design systems, product architecture, and user experiences that power Wisephone today while helping define the future of Techless. This is a rare opportunity to shape a category-defining product from the ground up and influence how millions of people interact with technology.

The Role

This is not a traditional UX Design role. You won’t be handed requirements and asked to make screens look better. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to help define what we build, how it works, and how customers experience it. You’ll improve existing products, uncover customer needs through research and testing, and help design new products and experiences from the ground up. Your work will span customer discovery, product strategy, information architecture, usability, design systems, and execution.

Ideal Candidate
  • Think in systems, not screens
  • Love solving ambiguous product problems
  • Moves seamlessly between strategy and execution
  • Enjoy turning research into actionable product decisions
  • Have a strong bias toward building and shipping
  • Are energized by mission-driven work
  • Can confidently challenge assumptions and advocate for customers
  • Takes ownership and drives outcomes, not just deliverables
  • Are comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment

The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex problems, and thinks in systems rather than individual screens. They are equally comfortable optimizing an existing customer experience, exploring unmet customer needs, and helping define products that do not yet exist.

Tasks you will own
  • Create and own the Wisephone Design System
  • Establish scalable frameworks, standards and reusable components
  • Define information architecture and interaction patterns across products
  • Ensure consistency across Launcher, Onboarding, Settings, Portal and Future products
  • Lead end to end design initiatives from concept through validation
  • Create wireframes, flows, prototypes and production ready designs
  • Simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering throughout implementation
  • Conduct customer interviews and usability studies
  • Map user journeys and identify friction points
  • Use customer research and product analytics to inform product decisions
  • Advocate for the customer throughout the product development process
  • Help define the experience of future Techless products
  • Translate customer insights into product opportunity
  • Influence roadmap decisions through research and design thinking
The Role is NOT
  • A visual design only role
  • A marketing or brand design position
  • A UX Production role focused solely on mockups
  • A role with rigid requirements handed down from leadership
  • A large company design position with layers of process and approvals
Job Skills
  • 5+ years designing digital products
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating complex product design work
  • Experience creating or maintaining design systems
  • Expertise in user research, usability testing and journey mapping
  • Experience collaborating closely with product team
  • Strong systems thinking and information architecture skills
  • Ability to articulate design decisions and tradeoffs clearly
Bonus Experience
  • Consumer mobile applications
  • iOS product design
  • Startup or Early Stage company experience
  • Digital wellness, behavioral design, education, family technology or attention related products
  • Experience helping define net new products from the ground up

iOS Software Engineer
About Techless

At Techless, we’re on a mission to destroy digital addiction, restore relationships, and help people live life fully.

We’re looking for an exceptional iOS Software Engineer who loves turning ideas into real products. You’ll work directly with company leadership to build customer facing experiences, prototype new product concepts, leverage Ai native development practices and help bring entirely new technology initiatives to life.

This is not a role for someone who wants to maintain legacy code. This is a role for a builder who wants to ship, experiment, solve hard problems and see their work in the hands of customers.

The Role

As an iOS Software Engineer, you will own projects from concept to launch. You’ll build production ready iOS experiences, develop prototypes that explore new product opportunities, and use modern AI assisted development workflows to dramatically increase output and speed.

Success in this role is measured by shipped products, working prototypes, customer impact and your ability to transform ideas into reality.

Ideal Candidate
  • Have personally built and shipped products that real users use
  • Love creating new things more than maintaining existing systems
  • Can move quickly without sacrificing quality
  • Are naturally curious about AI tools and emerging technologies
  • Enjoy solving ambiguous problems with limited direction
  • Can independently drive projects to completion
  • Have experience bringing ideas from concept to launch
Tasks you will own
  • Lead the development and delivery of innovative iOS products and experiences
  • Translate product vision into scalable, high-quality software solutions
  • Explore and evaluate emerging technologies, platforms, and technical opportunities
  • Leverage AI-Native development practices to increase speed, quality and engineering output
  • Build prototypes and validate new product concepts through rapid experimentation
  • Partner with product, design and leadership teams to shape product direction and execution
  • Drive technical investigation, documentation and recommendations to support strategic decisions
  • Contribute to the development of future hardware and software experiences
The Role is NOT
  • A maintenance focused engineering position
  • A large company role with narrow defined responsibilities
  • A role where projects are heavily specified before work begins
  • A management position with little hands on building
  • A position focuses primarily on meetings, planning or coordination
  • A vibe coding position
Job Skills
  • Professional iOS development experience
  • Strong proficiency with Swift and modern iOS development practices
  • Experience building launchers, system integrations, or platform level functionality
  • Experience shipping apps or products used by real customers
  • Experience working across the full software development lifecycle
  • Strong debugging, testing, and problem solving skills
  • Experience publishing apps in the App Store
  • Experience with NFC technologies or hardware/software integration
  • Experience using AI coding tools and agentic development workflows
  • Patent, IP or technical diligence experience
  • Experience building automation tools and internal systems
  • Ability to work independently in a fast moving environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bonus Experience
  • Startup or early stage company experience
