Senior Developer

We are looking for an enthusiastic Developer to join the dynamic team at Techless. If you are ready to roll up your sleeves to work towards taking Techless to the next level, then this may be the job for you. At Techless we lead people to live fully with healthy technology.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be the development of an Android custom ROM and applications and their integration with back-end APIs. You will be the central hub between the founder, customers, designers, and developers working on different layers of the project infrastructure. Commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.

Job Skills
  • Technical development, unit testing and debugging skills
  • Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal skills
  • Must demonstrate the ability to develop exploratory android and ios applications and features from scratch and improve on existing apps
  • Ability to manage, audit, and write high-quality code
  • Act as the final authority on QC, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Collaborate with Product Manager and UX Designers
  • Collaborate with in person and remote team members to uphold and improve standards, code quality, and toolsets
Requirements
  • Full-time position (minimum of 35 hours per week)
  • 5+ years extensive experience in engineering
  • A passion for working in and managing a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Understanding of cross platform development - iOS, web & Android
  • Strong understanding of integrating with back-end data architecture
  • Understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
  • Experience with setting up and deploying staging/production environments
  • Ability to translate business requirements and data into technical requirements and code
Compensation & Benefits

$80-$140K total compensation which includes equity and quarterly bonus potential.

Director of Finance and Accounting

We are looking for an enthusiastic Accountant to join the dynamic team at Techless. If you are ready to roll up your sleeves to get in the weeds of everyday operations and work towards taking Techless to the next level, then this may be the job for you.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and Analyze financial statements.
  • Maintain accurate general ledgers, including but not limited to preparing and processing journal entries, reconcile credit card statements, bank statements, inventory, prepaids, accounts receivable and accounts payable accounts.
  • Create payroll journal entries to match bank feeds, clear bank feeds and categorize transactions.
  • Confirm Shopify & Stripe sales totals to ensure accuracy between those platforms and Quickbooks Online
  • Prepare documents/statements for tax purposes & tax basics.
  • Conduct internal audits, review financial records for accuracy, identify risks, assess operational efficiency.
  • Develop budgets, track spending and forecast financial performance (including COGS, CAC, CMAC).
  • Manage incoming customer payments and outgoing vendor bills, ensure the leadership team is aware of monthly cash needs/projections.
  • Provide recommendations to management on cost, revenue enhancement and improved financial strategies.
  • Payroll support (including applicable state filings).
  • Sales & Use tax support (including applicable state filings and compliance)
  • Maintain loans
  • 1099 annual reporting and compliance

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in a similar role.
Location:

Shiner, TX. (Hybrid) Preference for in-office work. Remote work will be considered with monthly travel requirements to Shiner, TX.

Compensation & Benefits

$85,000 - $110,000, based on experience. In addition to annual salary, there’s potential for equity and bonus pool eligibility.
